Roofing & Roughcasting

Not all of our work at SMS is new buildings. We have also completed lots of renewing and replacement jobs.

There will come a time when you will need to renew your roofline and/or roughcast. We have carried out full renewals of Rooflines as well as standalone jobs of roof tile/slate replacements and renewals, new UPVC fascia and Soffit, Guttering, as well as replacing timber fascia and soffit for historic works.

We have also carried out a large amount of work with regards to re-rendering and casting of existing buildings with fully qualified roughcasters.
